These bars are manufactured from 1" OD x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing. They will work with throttle cables and TBW bikes (throttle by wire, electronic throttle). O/S (oversize bars) are 1-1/8" in the center and 1" on the ends for factory harley hand controls, these work best with our destroyer risers. If you select 1" bars all the way across and run our destroyer risers, you will need to purchase our riser adapter/reducers. All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the bends and all welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded. They have CNC-machined slots for internal cable routing and offer internal tube tapering on right bar to accept TBW module. Available in 3 heights, low mid, high, and 2 finishes, chrome or black electro plated.
