DMR Pro Mod M8 Bagger exhaust designed for big cubic inch, high horsepower engines. 2" from the head chambered to 2-1/4" with 3" collector. True 2" head pipe with welded flange that is suggested for heads modified (but not required) by Ward Performance or similar with the 2" exhaust port mod (see pics). This is where it has been opened up for maximum exhaust flow and a milled surface where the flange rests against the head. This exhaust does not use a traditional gasket, it uses high temp exhaust sealant between the flange and head. On big compression, high horsepower motors, we have seen 10-15+hp with our pipe alone over other 2" head pipe exhaust on the market and a much more throaty aggressive sound but not obnoxiously loud. You can use this on heads not modified for a 2" exhaust opening, but the surface is very rough and not ideal. However you can see major horsepower gains in the dyno sheet pic even on smaller street motors without the exhaust mod to the head. Our pipe, on a very mild low compression 139", without the 2" head mod, 93 octane fuel, we saw a continuous increase in HP from 4,000 rpm and up, and picked up 10hp over a thunderheader. There was some torque loss down low because this particular bike had very mild compression, but on higher compression, big HP builds (200+hp), there was no torque loss and big HP gains. This exhaust is designed to work with our bagger mid controls (relocating the master cylinder reservoir may be required) and factory floorboards with a floorboard spacers (not included).  No need to change exhaust for your foot controls. Made from high quality, heavy gauge stainless steel, fully tig welded  right here in the USA. Choice of DMR stainless badge or 3D deep laser engraved eagle logo.  Typically these are made to order and is normally a 6-8 week turnaround, but we try to keep at least 1 on hand.
